Les partenaires du projet européen LivingSoiLL, dont l’AREFLH, travaillent pour la création de laboratoires vivants pour des cultures permanentes aux sols sains (vignes, olives, châtaignes, noisettes et pommes).

Le consortium s’est rendu au Portugal pour un atelier intitulé « Co-Creating LivingSoiLL », organisé du 4 au 5 février 2025 par Qxote. L'événement a réuni des partenaires du projet, des chercheurs et des parties prenantes afin de renforcer la collaboration, aligner les objectifs et identifier les défis potentiels entre programmes de travail et les tâches. Le but étant de garantir une mise en œuvre transparente et efficace du projet.

As a partner, AREFLH participated in the “Co-Creating LivingSoiLL” workshop, held in Portugal from February 4 to 5, 2025, and organized by Qxote. The event brought together project partners, researchers, and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, align objectives, and identify potential challenges across work packages and tasks, ensuring a seamless and impactful project implementation.

Workshop Overview

Day 1: Thematic Sessions

The first day centered around four key sessions designed to establish a shared vision and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration:

  • Session 1: The Why – Establishing Meaning : Setting the foundation by defining the project’s purpose and impact on soil health and sustainable agriculture.
  • Session 2: What Do We (Think We) Do?  Aligning project activities with objectives, identifying synergies, and refining methodologies.
  • Session 3: WP Private Sessions : Dedicated work package (WP) discussions to enhance internal coordination and efficiency.
  • Session 4: What Did We Learn from You? Reflecting on insights gained, fostering cross-disciplinary learning, and addressing key takeaways.

 

Day 2: Strategic Planning & Innovation

The second day focused on interactive sessions aimed at refining the project strategy and driving innovation. Work package and task leaders engaged in dynamic discussions to explore strategic solutions, co-creation opportunities, and ways to maximize the project’s impact on soil health and sustainable agricultural practices.

 

This workshop marked a crucial step in the LivingSoiLL journey, fostering a strong collaborative network and setting the stage for impactful research and implementation. As the project progresses, continuous engagement and knowledge exchange will be key to achieving its ambitious goals.
