At the moment AREFLH is a partner in the following projects

  • Waste4Soil : on developping technological and methodological solutions for recycling food processing residues from the food industry into local, bio-based circular soil improvers (2023-2027)
  • LivingSoiLL : "healthy Soil to Permanent Crops Living Labs", the project focuses on: vinyards, olives, chestnuts, hazelnuts and apples. (2024-2028)

 AREFLH present you an innovative fertilising product that is included on the Nutriman Farmers' Platform :  Terra-Preta, a biochar product recovered from wood chips and processed by the “3R” high-temperature pyrolysis process.

AREFLH is a partner of  the  project LOWINFOOD, defined as a "Multi-actor design of low-waste food value chains through the demonstration of innovative solutions to reduce food loss and waste". 

 

On 9 and 10 September 2021 the representants of the project will participate to the 179th EAAE (European Association of Agricultural Economists) seminar at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania Maich Chania (Crete, Greece).

 

The objectives of the seminar are to bring together scholars and researchers that will exchange ideas, practices and research initiatives that cover all relevant current modelling developments for assisting policy-making decisions in agriculture and the agri-food industry in response to the urgent issues of the global economy and the subsequent prevailing societal and environmental conditions.
